Anti-ICE Protester REGRETS Living In USA After Attack Backlash…

A Minnesota man caught on video attacking a conservative journalist during an anti-ICE protest now claims the backlash from his actions makes him want to leave America—despite facing no charges weeks after the assault that left his victim with a concussion.

Father-Daughter Team Planned Attack

Chris Ostroushko and his daughter Paige orchestrated an April 10 assault on Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez during protests against Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations in Minneapolis. Video evidence shows Ostroushko directing Paige, a University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point soccer player, to retrieve a whistle from their vehicle and blow it directly in Hernandez’s ear. The coordinated attack involved both physical shoving and the whistle assault, which caused Hernandez to suffer a concussion.

Ostroushko now complains his family receives hundreds of daily phone calls and text messages following the incident. He claims relatives uninvolved in the attack face harassment, with attempts to access their social media accounts. The response has proven overwhelming enough that he questions remaining in the United States, despite his voluntary participation in assaulting a journalist documenting a public protest.

No Charges Filed Despite Federal Investigation

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon announced federal authorities were examining the assault. However, the Hennepin County District Attorney’s office has issued no statement regarding potential charges against the Ostroushko family. Both the FBI and Department of Homeland Security continue investigating, yet Chris, Paige, and their relatives remain free without arrests. Hernandez reported that Paige has bragged publicly about avoiding detention.

Pattern of Political Prosecutions

The lack of charges against the Ostroushkos contrasts sharply with Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty’s actions against law enforcement. Moriarty charged an ICE agent with assault during Operation Metro Surge and plans additional charges in two fatal shootings. This selective prosecution raises questions about equal justice under law when political activists who assault journalists face no consequences while federal agents performing their duties face criminal charges. The case highlights growing concerns about politically motivated decisions in local prosecutor offices nationwide.

  1. The government employees that disregard the crime that was committed by these anti American traders should be removed for dereliction of duty. And prevented from ever working for any government agencies again.

  2. Please leave. We do not need assholes like these two. HOW could these two be let go unpunished for assault, even with a whistle being blown constantly in her. I am surprised that she is not suing the two for loss of hearing and assault with a side of stupidity. PLEASE LEAVE THIS COUNTRY
