Former FBI Informant Turns Violent: The Shocking Prison Attack on Derek Chauvin

4

In a startling turn of events, Derek Chauvin, the former police officer convicted in the death of George Floyd, became the victim of a brutal prison assault. The attacker, John Turscak, is no ordinary inmate; his past as an FBI informant adds layers of complexity to this already shocking incident.

On a day that Americans were scouring for Black Friday deals, Chauvin faced a life-threatening situation when Turscak, armed with a makeshift weapon, stabbed him 22 times. The quick intervention of correctional officers prevented what could have been a fatal outcome, saving Chauvin’s life and necessitating immediate medical attention.

The choice of Black Friday for the attack was not random. Turscak’s confession revealed a symbolic nod to the Black Lives Matter movement, which had been thrust into the national spotlight following Floyd’s death. His reference to the “Black Hand” symbol further connected the assault to gang influences, specifically the Mexican Mafia.

Federal authorities charged Turscak with multiple counts, including attempted murder and assault with intent to commit murder. These charges reflect the severity of the attack and the potential premeditation involved.

The revelation that Turscak was once an FBI informant complicates the narrative. His history with the bureau dates back to the late 1990s when he led a faction of the Mexican Mafia in Los Angeles and was known by the moniker “Stranger.” His cooperation with the FBI, beginning in 1997, was marked by providing crucial intelligence on gang operations.

Despite his role as an informant, Turscak’s criminal activities persisted. He was implicated in drug dealing, extortion, and orchestrating assaults while under the FBI’s watch. His actions contributed to the indictment of over 40 alleged Mexican Mafia members, yet they also strained his relationship with the agency.

Court documents paint a picture of a man deeply entrenched in gang warfare, plotting attacks against rivals and even attempting to assassinate a gang leader. The dangers of his lifestyle were underscored by his own targeting within these violent conflicts.

In a plea deal struck in 2001, Turscak admitted to racketeering and conspiracy to murder a gang rival. Although facing a possible life sentence, his ties to the FBI resulted in a reduced 30-year term. At his sentencing, Turscak defended his criminal behavior as a survival mechanism, a sentiment he claimed was echoed by the FBI agents who advised him to do “whatever was necessary.”

This incident raises questions about the rehabilitation and monitoring of former informants within the prison system. It also underscores the ongoing challenges law enforcement faces when dealing with informants who straddle the line between aiding investigations and perpetuating criminal activity. As the investigation into the attack continues, the public is left to grapple with the complexities of justice, redemption, and the thin line between right and wrong.

  2. not surprised the FIBbers are involved. Just glad they don’t gas & burn innocent citizens, like they use to do. Strange though, when the GESTAPO needs money to build a new office building. Money is what spurred the attacks back in 1993 in Waco and Ruby Ridge. Just say no to the socialist and their goon squads.

  3. Chauvan was a victum of making an example of law enforcement. If anyone has taken the time to take a look at the earlier videos (before Chauvan’s team got to the site), tells a very different story of what happened during a long ordeal. Floyd, passed a counterfeit $20.00 bill, police were called. The original team did everything they could to get Floyd into the squad car. At every turn during at a lengthy video, it seems the Police tried every compassant way to try to get him to cooperate. The man, later substantiated was all hiped on drugs. Many. Much like the drug and assault this man made leaving Houston to start another “life” in MN. This man has a lifetime history of drugs, theft and other assaults even on women that got sucked into this man. If he wouldn’t have died on the Mpls. streets, he was headed for an overdose and that could have been the reason he was so uncooperative.
The City of Mpls. made a huge payout to the family before any of this case even made it to the courts to hear discovery, facts and actions. It’s something that isn’t allowed even thought it is LAW. With this lack of due process, destroyed several normally peaceful neighborhoods and numerous local businesses when BLM moved in to do this. They burned down the police precient I depend on, they burned down the post office , I depend on for my mail. Because of the garage cans being setting on fire near my home, me and all my neighbors had to pull all their trash, recycling bins into their garages or houses to save themselves of fires being set. I spent was that was usuALLY a quiet evening and night turned this into HORRIFIC mess! Ultimently the City of Mpls. and even the Governor sided with these actions, because they stood back and watch MPLS, BURN!!! Until it was too late to stop. Many small business’s lost forever any comeback and the City has really lost the business’s that they have been supportive of. Then COVID. The biggest LIES, forcing a shutdown of the entire country as the Federal Government funded this. Mpls., shut down, schools, restaurants, churches, Etc. Grocery stores were only open to the masked. So after forcing most of MN and the country to submit to an exoerimENTAL, VACCINE, that by TAKING IT, you hAVE absolutely no legal recourse if you have any side affects that leave you vax injured in any way. Big drug companies got really rich, selling this hoax and everyone that submitted, are still testing positive for this yrs, stain. America and the World bought this, and many died because of the side affects/not reported in unconfirmed trials THAT, the rEAL TRUTH is just starting to being revealed.

  4. Reinstate Capital Punishment, Nationwide for First Degree Murder Convictions. Including the same for drugs that leave dead behind, like that which comes out of Mexico via China.
Now, they have nothing to fear. Capital punishment is the right thing for any civilized nation, the civilized get protected from the uncivilized.
